I contacted Fields Fire Protection a few years ago when I was stuck trying to resolve a violation that with a building I manage in Ardmore. Bill, the owner, came by and had an immediate plan on how to sort out the issue. I had only planned on hiring them that one time but the whole team at Fields Fire was so easy to deal with that I’ve been working with them ever since. Anyone who works in Philadelphia's real estate knows that city and state rules and regulations are a headache to navigate and with the new laws and regulations over sprinkler systems and fire pump inspections things can get tricky, not to mention expensive, if you’re not in compliance (there’s no line in my budget for city fines). It's been a major relief to turn over the fire pump and sprinkler part of the puzzle to Fields Fire and not have to worry about it anymore. I admit that it was the price that initially interested me but I never would have stayed with Fields Fire for this long if the service wasn’t there.
